Shirt Size in cm: S, M, L, XL and XXL Chest in Centimetres (India)
In India, a men's shirt size in cm is usually: S 91–96, M 97–102, L 103–108, XL 109–117 and XXL 118–124 cm body chest. XL is the size most people search for: it fits a chest of about 112–117 cm. Brands differ by a size, so compare your chest in cm with the brand's chart, not the letter.
Most Indian size charts are printed in inches, but tape measures and Google searches are in centimetres. This page gives the common letter sizes in cm, the mtsya chart in cm, and the one-line conversion so you never have to guess.

XL size in cm (India)
An XL shirt in India fits a body chest of roughly 109 to 117 cm (43 to 46 in). The shirt itself, measured flat and doubled, is usually 120 to 126 cm around. At mtsya, XL fits a 114 cm body chest and the garment measures 124 cm.
XXL size in cm and inches

Garment rows are measured on the shirt itself; chest and waist all the way round. Between two sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit.
Inches to cm, in one line
Multiply inches by 2.54. A 40 in chest is 101.6 cm; a 42 in chest is 106.7 cm; a 44 in chest is 111.8 cm. Going the other way, divide cm by 2.54: a 110 cm chest is 43.3 in.

How to measure your chest in cm
Stand relaxed. Wrap a soft tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades, keeping it level and one finger loose. Read the number in cm. No tape? Use a phone charger cable, mark it, and lay it on a steel scale. Full method in how to measure shirt size.
Why the letter is not enough

XL fits a body chest of about 109 to 117 cm in most Indian brands. At mtsya, XL fits a 114 cm chest and the shirt measures 124 cm around.
What is XXL size in inches?
XXL usually fits a 46 to 49 inch body chest, which is 118 to 124 cm. mtsya XXL fits 47¾ in (121 cm) and the garment is 51½ in (131 cm).
What is M size in cm?
M fits about a 97 to 102 cm body chest. mtsya M fits 102 cm (40¼ in); the garment chest is 112 cm.
How do I convert shirt size from inches to cm?
Multiply the inch figure by 2.54. For example, a 42 in chest is 106.7 cm. To go from cm to inches, divide by 2.54.
Is a 100 cm chest M or L?
A 100 cm chest is an M at most regular-fit brands, including mtsya, where M fits 102 cm. At slim-fit brands it may be an L.
